The workshop is for the emerging pro or for those looking to just improve their photography skill set. You will learn the relationship between F-stops and shutter speeds, such as what the difference is between f/2.8 and f/22.
Photographers will learn how light works and how to get consistent results with flash photography. The photographers will leave knowing how to use flash on and off camera, understand light modifiers and how to achieve the best results. Any environment that they might encounter on location they will be able to confidently produce a quality portrait in.
Everyone will have the opportunity to shoot fantastic models with their own cameras as well as the lighting set-ups during the workshop.
• Controlling and modifying the quality of light produced from a speedlight.
• How to use umbrellas, soft boxes, snoots, grids and bounce techniques.
• Using strobes and combining them with ambient light.
Take your craft to a new level by advancing your knowledge with us!!! Attendees will participate in a special “Model Shoot” following the lighting workshop later in the evening after a dinner break around 6:30 p.m.
The cost is $80.00 or $140.00 for two, also special pricing of $60.00 for members (A member is a photographer that has been to at least 3 of our past workshops).
